Join us to learn more about the Leadership Challenge program
and one of its core practices: the Challenge the Process
practice. When you Challenge the Process, you can quickly
identify ways to enhance performance in your organization.
Leadership is about creating opportunities for innovation, risktaking,
and continuous improvement. The work of leaders often
requires them to venture into the unknown to challenge the
status quo and create something new.
In this webinar, you’ll learn specific leadership tools to help you
create an environment in which your staff can innovate and
accelerate. The class will cover:
- Tools to help you become a leader who promotes innovation and risk-taking;
- Strategies for gathering new ideas from outside the boundaries of your organization;
- How to use “small wins” to keep your team motivated and willing to improve.
Participants will also review a short case study of a Stanford
leader who employed challenge the Process and the results
that were created.
NOTE: A STARS email reminder, sent to you a day prior to the
webinar, will contain information about your webinar URL and
the password needed to access it.
