The Lending Library offers a comprehensive list of DVDs and videos you can use for self development or for motivating and education work groups.  A detailed instruction guide is included.

Training Providers includes a solid list of on-campus training providers as well as off-campus training providers and educational institutions supporting learning and professional development.

Resources by Role suggests readings and websites that highlight classic and current research and practice and focused on the specific professional development needs of administrators, supervisors and managers.

Resources by Skill-Set offers a variety of readings and websites that explore skill development in specific areas important to professionals at Stanford such as communication skills, organization skills and time management to name a few.
