CCN Reimbursement Information
Reimbursement Process
You (eligible SU staff member) pay the career counselor at the time of the appointment (cash or check only).
CCN counselor provides you with a completed CCN Statement of Service Form at the end of your session. You need to turn the CCN Statement of Service Form into the CCN Program Payment Administrator via mail or ID mail (addresses below)within 60 days of your appointment date.
The CCN Reimbursement Transaction Processor will process a reimbursement check using your STAP funds provided there are sufficient funds in your STAP account. You will receive an email notification from the Oracle system that the reimbursement request is being processed.
A reimbursement check will be sent via direct deposit into the same account you’ve set up for your payroll deposits.
Please note that the reimbursement direct deposit may take up to 4 weeks to process.
If you have questions about the status of your reimbursement check, please contact Travel & Reimbursement/Customer Outreach at 650/725-9100 or submit a HelpSU ticket (Request Category: Central Office Issues; Request Type: Customer Outreach of Disbursements).
