Welcome to the COMPASS Career Counseling Network (CCN) Program

The purpose of the COMPASS Career Counselor Network (CCN) program is to:

    • provide services that help to increase staff retention and career mobility at Stanford, i.e. career counseling
    • provide staff with the opportunity to receive individual assistance with their career development by working with independent, confidential career counselors

Eligible staff can use up to $300 of their STAP funds each fiscal year without supervisory approval to see one of the CCN counselors.  You don’t have to join the CCN Program – you can use the career counseling services any time.  And you set up the appointment with the counselor of your choice directly.
